This allows for an accurate determination of what would be needed from programmers, cost estimates, and a general time line required for going live.
Initial conversation to determine if the requested product or services is tangiably feasible. (Example is it legally allowed, are there major regulations/laws that could be a blocker, and etc.)
In depth look at the overal product or service to be created. Occurs after an initial consultation. Provide a general scope of what is required to complete the request. Estimate of all in costs expected from an application developement firm, list of initial information the client will need to provide a firm, and estimate on time to complete.
Researching laws/regulations, pricing, market trends, new tech trends, potential competitors.
